Shipping Policy
Standard Delivery – £3.50 (delivery takes 2 to 5 working days);

Next Working Day Delivery – £4.90;
Delivery is on the next day (Monday-Friday) if ordered before 3 PM (Monday-Thursday). If you place an order after 3 PM on Thursday on a next working day service you will not receive this until the following Monday, we do not deliver on weekends and public holidays. If you order anytime after 3 PM on Friday and over the weekend, you will have a massive chance to receive your goods on Tuesday rather than Monday. We recommend you to place your order strictly before the cut off time if you would like to receive your order by the next day!
Next Working Day Delivery is not a 100% guaranteed service, especially for Scotland and Northern Ireland customers due to any over controlled circumstances.
Next Working Day Delivery is not available to a small number of postcodes: AB31-56, BF (All), GY (All), HS (All), IM (All), IV (All), JE (All), KA27-28, KW (All), PA20-80, PH15-50, TR21-25, ZE (All).
Next day delivery only valid on orders made before 3pm on Weekdays
Return & Exchange Policy
Order errors and or discrepancies must be notified to us in writing to customerservice@yumyumyouth.com within 24hrs of the receipt of the order. If products are missing from your order then we require photos of the products received, alongside a photo of your packing slip. Missing products will be refunded from your order and not replaced.

Unfortunately we do not accept returns due to hygiene reasons.

If your order is delivered to you damaged, please contact us immediately in writing by emailing customerservice@yumyumyouth.com along with photographic evidence of the damage with the shipping label clearly visible. We will review this evidence before taking further action: refund or replacement.
If your order arrives in a damaged or faulty condition, we will offer a refund for damaged items only if you have signed for the parcel as damaged.
